Jen Stark designs intricately cut sculptural paper works, bursting with color and dimension. Have been a fan of this unique type of design work since I was a kid, when my sister was friends with paper artist Leo Monahan, one of the modern forerunners of this particular discipline.

While Ms. Stark’s work takes on a more abstract approach in contrast to Mr. Monahan’s more recognizable figures, it exemplifies a rich, textural quality, complimented by a eye-catching use of layered hues. Head on over and take a look at her work, which also includes animation and drawing.
